EPA Facility and Security Information

Please arrive to the EPA main building by 8:30 a.m. each morning. Please see the information about campus security and plan accordingly. Workshop event address for driving directions:

Security and IDs

Entering campus: A government-issued ID or passport* is required to enter the campus. Be prepared to show your ID to the guard at the security checkpoint. All registrants’ names will be provided to security in advance. If you arrive by car, you will be provided a parking tag for your car at the gate.

Entering the building: All participants will be required to provide their IDs and go through a metal detector to enter the building.

*Non-U.S. citizens are required to bring a passport and may be contacted prior to the meeting to provide additional information.

Laptops and other devices: It is recommended to bring your own laptop to participate in the training. Participants will be required to complete and present a laptop form when entering the building. This form also will be provided via email with other pre-training materials.

Cafeteria

While food will not be provided as part of the workshop, the EPA cafeteria is available from 6 a.m.–2 p.m. The cafeteria has food, snacks, coffee, and other beverages available for purchase. The cafeteria is cashless and accepts credit/debit cards. Limited refrigerator space is available for those who choose to bring their own food.
