Hotel Information

The CISNET room block is closing on May 26, 2023.

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation. In addition, you are responsible for the cost of your hotel stay and will be required to provide a credit card number when making your reservation. You also are responsible for any incidental charges at the hotel and will be asked to present a credit card upon check-in to cover all expenses.

If it is past this date, contact the hotel for availability. You may still mention the room block, but the hotel is not required to provide the group rate. The online meeting registration form does not book your hotel room. It only registers you for the meeting. Please remember to book your hotel room.

The date range for each block is Saturday, June 24 – Sunday, July 2.

All rooms can be cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. However, should you shorten your stay after check-in, an early departure charge of one night's room and tax will apply.

Ground Transportation

Both hotels are located approximately 25 minutes or 16 miles from the Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and are accessible via a taxi, Uber or Lyft.

All CISNET members should go to the Arnold Building Registration Desk on their first day to pick up meeting folders. On other days they can report directly to their conference rooms.
